Processing meaties today wish me luck!!!!

I didnt do weights but there were a couple that were just huge in my opinion. They were 10 weeks ish

froze them whole n vacuum seal bags double bagged. was going to cut them up but tooo hot. I wanted to get them in the freezer asap.
and kept the feet, liver,gizzard, neck, heart, all in a vac seal bag to thaw and make broth. my air doesn't work and it was sweltering in the house. save that for a cooler day lol.
 
We've got about 80 to do in 2-3 weeks. Plan on renting a plucker for the occasion as there is someone locally who has one for rent! Can't wait for fresh chicken!
