Processing my first batch of Cornish rocks

I'd really like to find something that will hold the temp right above 140 without spending a ton of money.

Thoughts I've had so far:
-Big electric roaster, I already have one and the lowest temperature setting is 150, which would be fine. But, I don't know if it will actually hold that temperature and how long it would take to recover after each bird. Also, it's a bit shallow, so I'd have to be basically rolling the bird.

-Coleman camp stove? I thiiiink I have one of these somewhere, and have seen people putting a big pot on there to scald with. Any personal experiences?

Otherwise, all I can come up with is using a big canning pot and keeping a big saucepan of water boiling on the stove to top it off as it cools.

I went ahead and bought a turkey fryer and this worked perfectly! It came with a temperature gauge and that let me know if t was the right temperature, then I just adjusted the gas accordingly.
