Processing near Memphis or southwest tn?

I have a friend in Oakland that takes hers to some local guy that has reportedly a great set up for processing. I think he charges $3/bird. Ill e mail her and try to get info.

So after a lot of help and guidance from my new friends on BYC, I have decided to go the craigslist route and hopefully someone out there will want them for the wonderful breed they are instead of going the processing route. I wish I could keep them- they are really pretty and it would be fun to breed them, but no roosters in the city for us . thanks everyone for your help!

I also l in Memphis, and we will hopefully be moving to Atoka to have actual acreage, barn, etc. I want some meat birds (turkeys, chickens, ducks), and need a processor. Would it be possible to get the information for the processor in the area. I don't want to get them if I can't get them processed. Thank you!!!
