Processing Quail Pictures- WARNING Graphic!

Yes - spatchcocking is the correct term and that's how we did the last batch on the grill:

Turned out AWESOME! We also marinaded them first; DBF did all the work so I don't know the details. He has also done chickens this way on the smoker.

I honestly don't know. I just asked DBF and he said 4-5 minutes per side but I don't remember him turning them. I know it doesn't take long. 1/2 hour maybe at the most. Be sure to brine them first.
