Processing Quail today, Have a question.... **PICS!!*

Will are you stressing over your quail still? The hard part is done. You should have posted, Now how do I cook them

95yj, we brine to tenderize and to remove some of the wild/gamey taste. The salt helps to draw the blood if the bird/animal wasn't bled out well.
 
I cooked them tonight

Brined them for 48 hours and seasoned them. Grilled them. Here two of them are:

They were ok. A little tough but they were over a year old lol. I LOVED them. All I did was put some cilantro sice and some other spice on them. :p
