Will I process my Turckeys and Ducks the same way as my CornishX? Or is there anything I need to do differently?

Good question.. I know with the turkeys you will have to manually remove the pin feathers .. But that the only difference I know of.. I will be processing turkeys and cornish in a few weeks so I am curios to know as well..
