"Processing" service in Bay Area, CA

I have a small flock of backyard chickens, geese, and ducks (~20). My family and I are leaving town for an extended period of time, and would like to slaughter and process the birds before we leave. Unfortunately my experience with this is pretty limited; I've done a duck and a chicken roughly a year ago and due to my inexperience it was way extremely time consuming and the results didn't turn out as well as I'd like.

I was wondering if there is any sort of, "processing" service out there, where you could pay someone to kill and clean the birds? I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so if anyone knows of a specific company/person in the area, that would be helpful. Other wise, any ideas on what I would search for in order to find someone that could do this? Is there a specific name for these types of things?

there a place in sacramento that processes poultry, and It's called New American poultry. they use to be located on Broadway Bl in downtown Sacramento, but I heard that they moved.
