Processing workshop, N. Sound Washington State $10

Laura Faley, 4-H leader and Livestock Advisor, is teaching a hands-on Poultry Processing Workshop on Monday, November 8, beginning at 10:00 AM. Cost is $10 to defray processing costs. We are urgently looking for more poultry: cull laying hens, extra roosters, ducks, and turkeys. We will purchase any birds for $1, and then sell back to you any that you want for $1 + $3 processing fee. Call Laura at (360) 202-5023 if you have birds available, or email to [email protected].

We're going to be doing something similar right after Thanksgiving just west of Olympia with a bunch of friends.
