    Hello i am caroline i am 8 years old sharing a profile with my 12 year old sister Allison. [​IMG] I'm not sure what kind of breeds are production breeds? Can anyone type the name of some of the production breeds that they know of?

    There are many production breeds, like Leghorns, RIR, Red Stars, Amberlinks, and any of the MANY sex-liked breeds used in production facilities.

    The word "Production" referrs to egg laying. Production breeds are usually real good egg layers.

    Are any of these breeds production breeds golden laced wyyendott easter egger americuana red laced wyyendott

    Those breeds are considered "dual purpose". Or used for both eggs and meat.
