I have 6 2 week old production reds and 5 have tail feathers and almost fully developed wing feathers whereas one has just little pin feathers on the tail and fuzzy "shoulders". I know that it's too early to tell for sure yet but I was told pullets get their tails earlier and cockerels are later. Is there a chance I have 1 male and 5 females or is it the other way around?

These 2 are the ones in question. The first one looks like the others as far as feathering but is the first one to my hand when i have food. Lets call it "Blondie".

The next one seems to almost stand guard of all of the others and was very slow to feather(still not covered as much as the rest and has a shorter upcocked tail). I am pretty sure this one is a male.

Anything? They are abut 3 1/2 weeks old or so.
