Yes, my grandchildren are just thrilled with little chicks. I am sure they will help with many things they need. We ended up with 4 Australorp, 2 each of Rhode Island Red, Buff Orpington and Plymouth Barred Rock. They are all pullets (?), but we may have a surprise. If not we plan to get one rooster.Love the overhang from the eaves.
Hope your kids LOVE helping with the chickens as much as they seemed to love "helping" you!
