only tiny poops and now i have only been giving her some corn and probiotic yoghurt, she poops tiny green poops but its very hard for her. She strains so much she pushes more of her insides out every time ( which then pops back in) and makes this painful grunting sound.

Good suggestions from everyone.
The only thing I would add is feed her her nutritionally balanced poultry feed. You can offer it wet if you wish.
Corn, while yummy, doesn't have a complete profile like her normal poultry feed does. She needs protein along with all the essential nutrients that are then feed.
