I went ahead and brought her in and gave her a bath to discover she had a prolapse as well, and on the vent tissue, a very hard deposit of stuff it took quite a bit to get off. I didn't get all of it off
Please post updated photos of your hen, her poop and of her vent?

Does she in fact have Vent Gleet or is it urates due to having had a prolapse?

Get Calcium into her. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 tablets at Walmart, CVS, etc. in the vitamin aisle.
Pop 1 tablet into her beak and let her swallow it. Do this daily for 5 days.
Calcium is needed to hopefully get her back on track with harder egg shells and to retain tissue.
See that she's drinking well and eating.
While you're at it, check her for lice/mites, consider getting a fecal float to see if worms are a problem.
