Prolapsed duck penis

This evening I noticed that my 4 year old Call Drake had a bit of his penis dangling as he walked by me. I brought him into the house and noticed that what looked like hair was wrapped around the tip and it was fairly tight. I cut that off, gave him a nice bath and then tried to push it back in, which didn't work. I then put vaseline on him. Anyone have any ideas on what else to do with him? I'll be keeping him inside for the night, away from the others.

How does it look this morning? You definitely want to keep him away from the others as they may peck at it. I've never had this happen, but search this site, I've seen a number of discussions here about it.
