UPDATE!:
-The bad news is that I wasn't able to be seen by any vets in my area. I don't have a car so I couldn't drive to any further out.
-The good news is that he is okay now! I kept checking on him daily, I cleaned the area with the leucillin spray every evening and made sure there was crystal clear, clean water for him to bathe in. I separated him from the flock also. On Sunday morning I went up to the allotment extremely early to check on everyone and it was gone! I still sprayed the area just in case, but even today he's been completely fine.
I honestly had no idea what I was doing and I would definitely recommend others to find a vet if they have this issue, but I'm just so happy that he is okay
