prolapsed vent in a chick?

I am not sure what my 1 month old baby chick is experiencing, but she "pulses" continually and her vent pops in and out about 1/8th inch. (Like a hemorrhoid maybe, or like she is trying to poo)? She had pasty vent issues for her first couple weeks, which I've been taking care of by running under warm water and using a toothpick to removed dried poo. I have also added Apple Cider Vinegar to her water and that seems to have cleared up the pasty poo issues. She is also not growing like the other two same kind of chickens.

My chickens do something that looks like the top half is scraping the bottom, if this is what yours is doing, my chickens have done it their whole life with no problems. Check your other chickens and see if they do it too.

I've had this problem with my chicks before. There is something stuck in her digestive tract and she needs to poop it out. Get her to drink and have her walk around, so it can come out, though she will most likely die, as mine did.

When my hen prolapsed, she would try to "poop" out the swelled tissue. I put Preparation H (A hemorrhoid cream) on it, and she didn't have any problems after.
