Prolapsed vent

My 1 year old barred Rock has what I think is a prolapsed vent. This afternoon I put her in a bath and then used preparation H cream and pushed it back in. I separated her. Just checked on her a few hours later and it is out again. Should I keep pushing it back in? How often?

Push it back in. Reapply cream. Repeat if necessary.
You may want to give her some liquid calcium or a tums.
Make sure the area you have her separated in is quiet, dark (cover the cage) and calm.

Following. Got one here too. Behaving OK, tissue staying put. Observed something that appeared to be vomit in the evening though. Very strange.
