Prolapsed vent?

I have a Silkie who has had poop problems for almost a week (she is 9 days old) how do you know if its a prolapsed vent? Her vent does seem a little "floppier" than the others but it isn't totally hanging out. I don't want to ignore it if its prolapsed but I'm not sure. Need some guidance.
