Prolapsed vent

I fixed my hens vent about a month ago and it keeps coming back. How do I prevent this? I would keep her isolated and get all the poop out and push it back in with hemorrhage cream and vetericyn. What am I doing wrong? Is this effective?

Bumping this so hopefully you get some answers. Is she she prolapsing because she is still laying eggs? Does she seem healthy otherwise?

Probably. She stands really still and alone. I isolated her in hope that she'll calm down and let it heal
