Prolapsed Young Chicken

I have a 5 month old Buff Orpington who prolapsed 3 days ago. We were able to reinsert the prolapsed and it stays until she poops. We withheld food for 24 hour to try and help this. She went about 5 hours without prolapsing but then she pooped and it happened all over again. I’m concerned that she won’t be able to fully recover. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do, or knows why this is happening. I’m a new chicken mom and any help would be greatly appreciated.
