I see nothing wrong with a kilt as long as it's full regalia. They can look very nice. pics of a guy getting married in a nice kilt outfit

As for the suit on a lady, I also see nothing wrong with that. If it's a nice looking, fitted suit it can look very classy. Not to mention if it's rented it's a lot cheaper than buying a dress. If it's not rented, it can be worn for other things, unlike a prom dress. Alter the tails a bit and it's a work suit. I wouldn't wear a tie with it, a nice bright colored silk blouse under the suit would look very nice.

Then again I am kinda weird too, so...

I could go on but I am tired of looking at prom dresses. Why do they have 20 somethings model prom dresses? They look a little funny.

I see nothing wrong with a kilt. It's common formalwear for Scots. I think if a girl wants to wear formal attire that is more traditionally "masculine", nothing wrong with that. I also have no problem with the chains & collars. Has been common wardrobe here since before I was in High School, and that was a long, long, long time ago. I just see that stuff as fashion accessories.

I agree with the kilt and suit on a woman people. I think a dressy kilt looks very classy on most guys. We also had a few girls at our junior and senior proms who wore suits. I didn't think there was anything worng with it!
