Proof raccoons can climb over the fence

How very fortunate. I wish I had neighbors that provided a perimeter of armed guards that would keep all vermin from entering my property.
I imagine that in those 15 years, you didn't hang out in the dark all night when raccoons are afoot wearing night vision glasses.
You may not have seen them but they are there.

I never saw mink in over 60 years but that didn't keep them from killing $4,000 worth of my birds in a week.

I trapped and killed 3 raccoons this week. But they still killed a broody hen and her chicks.

This moron is part of the problem.

One of my most vivid memories was seeing a guy at a campground sitting outside his RV feeding a good couple dozen raccoons, some of which were very large. Some people just have no sense.

wow!

thought we had a lot of raccoons, when i saw two for a few nights. but DOZENS!!! all with in a few feet of each other. crazy.
