Property fence options

An A frame boom can give you the height you need to stretch a fence and the tension wire can be connected to a stake and a come a long at the top.

You know of any videos or articles showing how to do this?

We use red barn woven wire 2 x 4 for our chicken run and layer it with chicken wire. That way it has the durability and the chicken wire covers the larger holes. We were able to buy our 5 foot hundred foot roll for about $79 at tractor supply. And this was red barn brand . We’ve been using the same fencing for about five years. When we built our goats fence with it five years ago it is still standing and we’ve only had to put one patch and that’s because goats live in there not chickens. They do also have fence structures for sale at tractor supply also. They are a little pricey but if you plan on placing a lot of fence in the future it may be worth it. Sounds like other people Have some good stretching ideas that are free

Here is a real quick stick drawing of what I'm talking about. The upside down A can be 2x2's or 2x4's. The anchor line is tied to a stake in the ground. The A gives you elevation so your pull rope is centered on your fence.
