Protein and calcium treats

Would like to know everybody's favorite protein and calcium treats, separate from their regular laying feed. Anyone out there have some favorites to share?

meat protein - jack mackerel from Family Dollar, minnows left over from fishing, mice my cat catches and gives to my chickens or they take them away from him LOL

calcium - brocolli, cabbage, kale egg shells have gotten darker and some with speckles

sure, forgot to say I save all of their egg shells, rinse the insides, nuke them for a minute or two and then pulverize them in the blender...soaks up the juice in the jack mackerel.

Rice milk- added calcium. They LOVE it.

Pumpkin seeds.

Protein: anything left over including bones and carcasses
