I fixed a breakfast dish, made too much and decided to share it with the girls. High in protein, I figured it would be good for all....I used quinoa (highest protein content of any grains, 14-18% I think), cottage cheese, eggs, some whole oats, raw brown sugar and mixed berries (frozen late summer including blackberries that grow in the back that the girls could NOT reach!!!) and baked it in a casserole dish. I like it for breakfast, very filling. The chickens went crazy over it. I guess I'll make some more, have whole frozen cranberries for next time
