Protruding vent in chick

One of my chicks as a protruding ventand some sort of drainage or back poops idk. All her butt fluff is gone. She’s running around acting fine. I got some warm water and let her soak. Any thoughts

I would just wash her quickly in warm soapy water and dry off. Don’t get her chilled. She has a small prolapsed vent which could be from heredity or straining to poop. If you can give her a little cooked egg or mushy feed, and add a 1/2 tsp of olive oil, mineral oil, or coconut oil.
