I get really annoyed with all the "so and so reacted to your post on the thread....."
so I have those alerts turned off....that's probably why I only get 3-20 per day. Depends though.

I only have my PM ones (so I can see when someone is back! ) and profile post ones on (so I can see who's reading my profile )
