What do I do? This is my first hatch!

Day 21- homemade bator- humidity at 85%
8 eggs
1 has pipped and looks like it died- almost 48 hours ago
1 is almost out. BIG pip, no zip- for about 24 hours- peeping like crazy!
Other ones no cracks or pips
They are in a carboard carton bottoms, which is now soaked, small puddle on bottom if bator. Condensation is dripping on carton, but not directly on eggs.

Humidity should be around 60% - crack the lid a tiny bit for a minute or so - not enough to let all the humidity out - but enough to bring it down some.

I would just crack open the incubator for a few seconds till the humidity drops and go from there. If there is sponges or towels or anything, try to remove them quickly and see what it does.
