Puffed up chicken

My godfather is taking care of my chickens rn(I’m preparing for a move), and he sent me this picture. Idk if this is bad or not, and he didn’t give me much info besides the fact that she is sluggish. She is also 20 weeks old, so he says it might be her time to lay. Could someone explain what may be happening to her?

I would believe that chicken is cold. Pretty normal to see in winter .

She's hunched up. I would have him check her crop to see what that feels like. If you can get some photos of her poop that would be good too.

20wks is fairly young for most breeds to begin laying eggs, but it's a possibility. It may be worth feeling inside the vent for a stuck egg.
