Puffy cheek continues

Okay, puffy cheek is bigger. You mentioned lancing it. Can you give me more info? I assume it needs to be done from inside her mouth? Please help. Now I'm getting worried and don't have a managed Vet relationship ion.

How does it feel, like air, watery, or firm?

It's not hard, maybe like air, but I have noticed she runs that's side of her face a lot when preening.

Do you have a sharp needle?

I would personally, wet down the area with some rubbing alcohol, and gently prick the skin and try to squeeze the air/fluids out.
