Could it be that the pus is hardened since it’s been there so long?

I am afraid the pus needs to come out before it will improve. Here are some videos and maybe someone (with a strong stomach) can help you get it out:

That second video helps so much- now I know to stop squeezing and I had started to use tweezers and a tool to get some of it out but I’m giving her a break for now until I have a more similar tool to that so I don’t poke her eye. Thank you!

i'd really like to get it out tomorrow but I dont have one of those tools, would an acne tool work? Otherwise i'll order it online

It took 3-4 hours and a lot of struggle and patience but I think I finally got it all out. There was so much in her eye. I’m gona give her a break and check back up tomorrow if her eye is visible. Her eyelids are very deflated now. I can’t believe how much pus was there.

Good job! I know that can't have been easy to do!!
