Update: Turkey was looking better, good apetite, drinking etc.... This morning she is on her side kicking her back feet a little. We were going to bring her into the house in a large dog crate. She doesn't look like she will make it. Her head was a lot less puffy, she could start to see out of one eye again, swelling had gone down. We were dosing her with NeoChlor, the turkey dose... in her water.

Oh well better luck next time.

In the meantime, have you found any Tylan? Let's try to find you some in the event, this happens again, you will already have some. You live in Canada right? I don't know that the laws are there but you can't buy Tylan at the vet or drug store? Why is it so hard to find there? I don't understand.

What is Neo Chlor and where did you get that from? Can you get Tylan from the same place?

I googled Neo Chlor. It looks like a broad-spectrum antibiotic (tetracycline/neomycin) so it probably would have done the trick if it was some disease that could be treated with antibiotics, like Avian Rhinotracheitis.

I'm pretty new to turkeys myself. I wish I could be of some help, but I don't have any advice. What a bummer.
