Puffy, listless, pullet; not eating, not drinking. Squishy crop. Standing only.

Has a bright, and apparently healthy “room mate”. As they have been together always, I’m guessing non-communicable.

Suspect crop issue. If she’s not eating why is it full?

Currently on a heating pad for warmth.

Can you try to get some Corid (amprollium) from a feed store right away and start treatment for possible coccidiosis? Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder in each gallon of water. Change it daily. Feed her sips or with a dropper if she won’t drink. To jumpstart her treatment, you can also give 2 drops of the undiluted Corid daily for a couple of days.

Just drank quite a bit. Off to the store to get the corid. Will take me about an hour.

Thanks for your help. I created a 9.6% solution from the 20% powder and gave a few drops. Then created a gallon for waterers.
