Puffy Swollen Chicken Eye

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help. I just noticed that one of my hens has a puffy swollen eye. What should I do? I haven't dealt with anything like this yet. . . so far all I've done is wash the eye out with a saline solution. I read another thread about using Tylan as it might be a bacterial infection however I can't find any available near me.
any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. It seems better today. Less puffy and swollen. I just washed it a couple of times with saline solution. Hopefully it was just a poke to the eye or an irritation.
