Winston is the one that is sleeping ~ I think he is 6 years old. Gus is the black one ~ he is hyper-active and nice and slim. Gus and Jake are litter mates and are 3 years old.​

My daughter has two 'rescue' pugs. Their names are Otis and Rocky. No skin problems, but both were to be euthanized as pups because of possible skeletal problems. So far Otis's hips remain OK, but he is somewhat psychotic -" the sky is falling, the sky is falling" seems to be his biggest complaint. Rocky has had the ball of one hip removed and will probably have the other hip done eventually. Rocky is about as neat a little dog as was ever created. My daughter and her family love both of them.

So Pugs are predisposed to hip or other problems.

My sister had a pug, she passed from old age. She had allergiers to grass.. and who knows what else.. Durning her last bit of life. The got her a kitty litter box, to pee in.. Built a ramp for it, cause it was too high. (hips)
She was a beutiful dog!

My poodle was bred to a pug to create a hybrid puppy. They were so very cute.

He has come a long ways but still goes berserk over anything/everything in the sky whether it be birds, planes, balloons, kites - very obsessive and psychotic.
