I know that roosters can be rough with the hens by pulling feathers out and you simply put a saddle on till they grow back but my hen has a spot on the back of her neck where the feathers are gone but the quills are still there. My question is how do you put a saddle on there? I thought the saddle goes on their backs. What do I do for her neck? Do I wait and see if they'll grow back or...? ANY info would be great. Thanks.
