Pulled not layin

we have a isa brown pulled who went broody and was told to put her in a small cage for 3 days and it would solve the problem, but it didn’t, she went straight back to nest, so my husband blocked her going to nest and now she just stays on the perch and just goes out to eat and still not laying eggs.

Her hormonal levels will have to get back to normal before she restarts laying. Shortened day length plus recent broodiness are impacting her. She will lay again - patience.

Even without shortened days it would normally take her a while to start laying again. 2 to 3 weeks seems to be the average for me.
