Hi there! :frow Oh no! :hit I'm not an expert o_O Sorry in advance for the load of questions:

How long has she been acting lethargic?
What is her coop like?
Is the coop dusty?
What do her eyes look like?
What type of feed is she on?
What brand of feed?
Any moldy feed?
Are her feeders and waterers clean?
Is her water fresh?
Is she lowest in the pecking order?
Any parasites?
Can she walk?

Lethargic just for the past day
Coop is not dusty, although we have pine shavings in there.
Eyes don't look puffy, but they're sometimes dilated and sometimes not.
Lowest on the pecking order
Water is fresh, every day.
Feeders and waters are clean, i could maybe clean them more?
I've been told she may have eaten some bad plants or foods, no injuries that I know of...

She's 1 of 4 hens.

I would get some Corid powder or liquid from your local feed store--call ahead to save time. Treat her for possible coccidiosis by adding 1 1/2 tsp of the Corid powder or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Treat all pullets at the same time. The dropping has a little pink in it which might be blood. Coccidiosis symptoms are sleepiness, not eating, standing around puffed or hunched, and diarrhea with blood or mucus. It is most common in young chickens.
