Pullet acting odd in stormy weather

hi all....I have a newbie question. I have a pullet who is nine weeks old. Today has been wet, dreary, drizzling rain, and darker than normal. My other five pullets and the cockerel...all the same age....are out in the run acting very normal but she is already in the coop....up on the roost. I thought she might be afraid of the low rumbling thunder in the distance but now I’m worried that something else is wrong. Any suggestions?

She may be scared.
I don't think I would worry just yet.
Let the storm pass and see how she acts tomorrow.
