Pullet and Cockerel????

Hello,
I recently purchased two Phoenix/Rhode Island Red cross chicks. At first, I thought they were both pullets and now,I believe there is a pullet and a cockerel, but I am not sure because of the cross. Neither of them have crowed yet. Any input?Thanks. Here are some pictures. They are about 9-10 weeks old.

I'd say the darker one is a cockerel and the lighter one is a pullet.
