I never know exactly what I should do when one of my girls gets ill - corrid? terramycin? remove her to a crate and give her avia charge? If I do the latter, I'm afraid I'll miss a window to treat her for something more serious.

Ideas? suggestions? thanks.

Move her to a quiet dark spot. How old is she. Don't give antibiotics unless there is a risk of infection or a confirmed case of an infection. It just makes resistant bacteria that will come back and bite you when you really need to fight an infection.

As for water dripping.. is she thin? Bloated? What is her diet and living situation. Could she have gotten into something? What about egg production? Has she been laying? Maybe an internal layer? Broken egg inside? Ascites?

she is young - about a year old. don't know about laying because I have about 14 layers, so hard to tell who is and isn't at any time. Doubt she got into anything. free ranges over 2 acres in day, in coop at night.

she is a bit thin, not bloated, comb is an ok color
