I also agree that may be osteopetrosis, a type of avian lymphoid leukosis. Leukosis is a disease that causes viral tumors in chickens, and is mildly contagious. This strain of ALL causes the marble leg appearance to the legs. There is no treatment, and I would not breed this chicken. Here is some reading about other chickens with this disease:

Thank you (both) so much for your help. The contagious part concerns me. Do you think she is safe to be in with the rest of my girls? I have two roosters that have decided to terrorize everyone, so they are currently occupying my mini coop while we decide what to do with them (didn’t want roosters anyway),and one of their victims is occupying our dog crate. It’s been a chicken drama week!

Avian lymphoid leukosis is a virus, and it would already be in your flock. Not all birds will show signs or symptoms. This type of leukosis is very rare. Here is an article that gives some info about leukosis virus:
