Pullet crowing???

Is there any truth to the videos I have seen that if you hold them by their feet that hens will try to upright themselves and roosters will just hang?

No there is not.

With a flock of 12 will there be a problem with multiple roosters?

Potentially. Best case scenario, they all get along. Worst case scenario, hens are being terrorized and ganged up on and roosters are bloodying each other.

The 9 larger pullets (or so I thought) are Easter Eggers. The three 6 week olds are Sapphire Gems.

The younger ones are sexlinks so they should all be female provided you bought them from a sexed pullet bin (and they all were the right color/marking for female) - I don't know the traits for a SG.

I am suspecting one of these two.

Unfortunately, they both look like roos to me.
The shiny green sickles give it away. Beautiful boys, nonetheless!

Absolutely not. I butcher chickens and you hold them by their feet to put them in the killing cone. Both flap like crazy trying to get upright

You are luckier than my friend who bought 7 "sexed ameraucana pullets" at TSC and got 4 EE roos and 3 EE hens. That's why I would never get any chickens from TSC.

Unfortunately it happens, even if the hatchery does a good job and the feed store label things correctly. A 10% wrong rate is considered acceptable.

I am suspecting one of these two. I have 12. So I can send more pics. They are both bigger than the rest and have the red comb on top.

Those are both cockerels.

You can see male specif feathering on both of them.
