Pullet egg to large egg conversion

My girls have started laying and are going great guns. But the eggs are still tiny, which I expected. How do you convert recipes to allow for the smaller size of pullet eggs? If a recipe calls for 3 large eggs, how many pullet eggs can I substitute? I really don't want to go buy eggs, when the whole purpose is to use the ones I am being gifted every day.

If you have a scale that you use for measuring your other ingredients, then weigh them.

This chart may help you out.
Example. 3 Large eggs weigh about 6oz. to get same weight using small eggs you would need 4. If your eggs are PeeWee size, then you need 5 of those.
