Pullet Eggs STILL for 11 month old chicken?

for fun I breed chickens you know it all starts with that 1 accidental Rooster and an incubator lol. Anyways I have a Black Australorp that is 11 months old. She started laying around 5 months old and her egg size has not changed. Still small pullet size for an awfully big chick! Note that I do add additional lighting in my coop so even though it’s winter I still get eggs. Other hens I have that are her age the egg has already started getting larger. I know they say 4 weeks for pullet eggs but my hens always took longer but not THIS LONG. Usually a good 2-3 months. Any ideas or same situations? Thank you!! x3, some birds will always lay smaller than their breed standard. My 3.5 yr old Salmon Faverolles just started laying again for the year, and her eggs have always been small.

So strange that the biggest girl in my flock lays the smallest eggs! She is a very happy girl healthy as can be and love her iridescent, blues, and greens shine through her black
