Pullet has swollen abdomen, what to do?

If she worsens I would take action. If you think the swelling is going down She should be fine.

It's been almost 3 weeks now, and no sign of the swelling really going down, yet she seems perky, at peace and in no pain. She just has a swollen belly. It's not hard, it's just swollen, like a water balloon. She walks normally and if she had no feathers her belly would be obvious, but her feathers give the appearance she's just "fluffy" back there. She lays eggs normally too. I'm thinking I'll do nothing further, not even a hot water bath. If she were egg-bound, after 3 weeks I'd think she'd be near death, but no signs at all this is a symptom. No panting, all systems normal, and I've been watching her very closely for these 3 weeks.
