Pullet hasnt for for over two weeks now!

I have a 5 month old pullet she hasn't been able to walk for over two weeks,she was eating real well and drinking I helped her hold her bowl . since the last two days gaping for air and now can't seem to eat tries but not really picking it up not overly not drinking normal either and turns her head to the right alot ,I been giving he poultry drench some super b complex and vitamin and electrolytes in the water.Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What are you feeding her?

Sounds like she has some neurological symptoms and along with not being able to walk, Marek's disease comes to mind.

Gasping is not a good sign and sounds like she's failing. Do you have a video of her actions? Upload video to YouTube and provide a link.

Is her crop emptying?

For the head turning (Wry Neck?symptom) give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.

If you lose her and want to see if you can find out the cause of her decline, send the body to your state lab for an analysis.
