Pullet hen laying a pullet egg

I have a quick question my pullet hen laid 1 pullet egg 2-3 days ago but has not laid since. Is that normal? Or what does it mean?

Perfectly normal! Nothing to worry about. She'll regulate eventually but new layers are always a little funky.

Yeah my pullet's first week was an egg Wed, Fri, Sun and Wed. I'm pretty sure that's how my older girls were too. And now they lay for like 8-10 days straight before they take a day off!
