I have a pullet thats a BCM CLB mix I beleive.... OE.. shes about a year old... refuses to lay at all.

Is it possible to have hens that just dont want to lay at all... she has spurs, I dont like her.... but I see the roos breed her. She dont crow. 100% hen...

Never keep a hen you don't like, for whatever reason.

It is not that she is choosing not to lay, animals don't get that choice. But it very well may be, she is just naturally sterile. Even if she started to lay once in a while, I would not expect her to ever have a good laying record, I would either send her down the road, or eat her.

I confess that I want to see a picture to be sure it isn't a cockerel near rooster that is being dominated instead of bred, and hasn't crowed because of it.
Middle one. I had three of them.. 2 died. One layed every once any a while. Polish size egg.

Just curious, why don't you like her?
I understand her not laying being frustrating. Chances are, she is naturally infertile, however this usually causes a significant estrogen dip and she'd show signs of more testosterone than estrogen, like growing sickles or spurs. Is there sign of this?
If you both don't like her and she's a freeloader, maybe freezer camp is waiting for her.
