I came home to find one of my 9 week old pullets stuck between a cage and a piece of plywood. I don't know how long she'd been there but she's pretty beat up. Mostly she is really scrapped up - no deep visible wounds although I am sure the bruising is deep. And ants were all over her.

I didn't put blue kote on her because it is mostly bruising plus she didn't need to deal with anymore pain today.

I brought her in washed her with cool water and betadine scrub (didn’t actually scrub). I gave her some terriamincin (spelled wrong) and some vitamins and electrolytes. I wrapped her in a soft towel and put her in a box in the house with food and water.

It was probably about 100 degrees today and I am thinking the shock and stress she dealt with was as bad as the bruising.

I hope she makes it - I feel so bad.

Is there anything else I can do for her?

I think you have done what you can. I hope she recovers.

You don't need the Terramycin if she does not have an infection. I suppose since you started it, you should give her the full ten day treatment though, to avoid creating any super-bacteria resistant to Terramycin.
